These actions can be tried if connection problems arise.
Step one: Request a new refresh token which will then be stored in the database.
Step two: Retrieve the new refresh token from the database.

Obtain a new refresh token and store it in the database. This should rarely be needed - refresh tokens have a rolling expiry of 100 days and continuously renew when used.
